The Hickory Ridge Homeowner's Association is a Texas non-profit corporation located in Plano, TX. Homeowner's association membership is automatic when you purchase a lot or home within the development.

We are a community that strives to protect the health, safety, and welfare of all of it's residents, while maintaining or increasing the aesthetic beauty and property value within our development. The association was established for the maintenance of the common areas and to provide architectural control and compliance with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions of the Declaration.
