Pool Committee

The goal of the Pool Committee is to monitor the activities at the pool, to offer a safe, fun, and enjoyable Pool experience for the community. The committee is responsible for monitoring our pool vendors, make improvements, and secure the pool for the community.

Landscape Committee

The Landscape Committee is responsible for the beautification and maintenance of the community’s common areas.

Architectural Control Committee
Chairperson - Brian LaFoy
The ARC ensures that the covenants that govern our community are adhered to by reviewing proposed changes to property within the bounds of the association.

Social Committee
Chairperson - Colleen DeGarmo
The Social Committee promotes community spirit for all residents in our association by coordinating special functions throughout the year.

Communications Committee
Chairperson - Meredith Honea
The Communications Committee advises and assists in keeping the community informed of activities and association functions by preparing newsletters, websites, publicity and/or funding for community events, publishing a directory and welcoming new neighbors.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is responsible for communicating and reporting the finances of the community in association with the managment company.
